Beginner 15-minute repetitive workout with boxing. You asked for a new reversible workout and here it is. Feedback and boxing combined. Rebounding is one of the funniest workouts you can do. When you return, you work with each body muscle at the same time. Talk about effective and efficient training.

Today I will combine two of my favorite trainings – return and boxing. Boxing is another great form of training. It raises your heart rate and keeps your mind focused and alert. Don't worry, you don't need boxing experience or boxing gloves for this workout.

Start slowly and see how much fun it can be to come back. My favorite type of reverser is the one that uses metal springs instead of bungee. They are extremely quiet to use and I have easier joints.

I use 44 inches Bellicon Rebel in this video. Here's another rebounder that I also like.
