Tammy quickly thought she needed to figure out a way to support herself and her children. He started offering group training and personal training to mothers in his community. He advised them on nutrition and brought snacks to their workouts. The granola he made was a huge hit. Ultimately, her customers convinced her that it was a marketable health food product … .Natalie was one of those first customers!
